So I’ve been searching around for obvious rubuttles to people saying the Doctor doesn’t care about River and happy days I’ve found all kinds of awesome reblogging items along the way. Though honestly I laugh inside my head and become oddly amused at this first bit. I have this odd love for vengeance against the Rose-hard-core-to-the-point-of-being-nuts fanbase I find very relishing as well. In fact there are days in which I just sit back and wonder to myself if it’s healthy to feel this pleased when pointing out, finally, that Rose isn’t the center of the Doctor’s universe to the point where every breath he takes is secretly a whisper of her name (as this portion is the mass majority of people saying the Doctor does not feel for River.) Ahhh…the calm that comes with this feeling. Like the waves washing over the shores of a calm beach, complete with bikinis, martinis and the soothing calls of seagulls on the bay… /sips drink
